It's a super busy time in the rhythm of my family's life and it's super easy to practice yoga on my mat and feel connected and whole and then to jump back into the flow of three kids in three directions and managing a new yoga studio and teaching classes and going to the fair with the family and to lose my cool in a flashpoint of anger or temper or frustration or irritation or all of the above. It's easy to judge myself and to wish that I would act differently. It's better to practice living yoga. Accept. This is the flow right now and it's all good. It's all good. It's all good. Accept what I can't change and there is peace just in that gentle acknowledgement.
My practice today:
Breathe in, accepting myself.
Breathe out, judging myself.
Breathe in, accepting.
Breathe out, judging.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe.
My practice today:
Breathe in, accepting myself.
Breathe out, judging myself.
Breathe in, accepting.
Breathe out, judging.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe.
